The st lawrence lowlands is the most devoleped and fertile region in CANADA.As you know there are endangered species every where. Well here are some of the st. lawrence lowlands.If there is an oil spill in the st. lawrence lowlands it can be very dangerous for beavers, fish etc.Whales are another endangered specie once there was very few whales at one point and they almost became extinct.The St. Lawrence Lowlands twelve thousand years ago there was ice everywhere almost impossible to live in.
It was all flat at one point in time.
The st lawrence lowlands has a variety of habitats for the variety of animal speices. The st lawrence lowlands provide both salwater and freshwater.Many animals live in the st lawrence lowlands such as turtles,snakes,mudpuppies,frogs,salamanders,and newts.These animals live and make their home in the wetlands and low-lying next to the st lawrence river.Land mammals including minks,muskrats, beavers and racoons inhabit the areas near freshwater lakes and rivers.
